How do I see Prices?
You have to register and set up an account on our website to check out all the prices for our products. We only charge CAD dollar, USD on the website is for reference ONLY.
To Order Online:
1. Register online via www.mybeautysources.com
2. Fill in your information. Don’t forget to put your Salon Name under Company Name if you are a Salon Owner. Make sure you put the detailed and correct Shipping Address.
3. Choose the product you want to purchase online.
4. Choose the Shipping Method for the choices of Pick up at store (if you are located nearby us), Canada Post or other shipping option.

How Do I pay my order?
We accept Paypal, Visa Credit, Master Card Credit or Email Transfer (for Canadian Customer only)
We don’t accept Visa Debit and Master Card Debit. Order will be hold until we received the payment.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you may pick up the order at our address in Markham Ontario. Monday – Friday, 10:am – 5:00 pm. Please allow 1 day to prepare your online order. (Will send an email to inform customer for order pick up)
When will you ship the order?
After received the payment, please allow 1-2 business day for packing the order and arrange shipment.
For order required special packing, please expect extra time for packing the order.
Please noted that we might need more time for shipping arrange during peak season. Customer will be informed if the shipping is delay.
Once the order is shipped, tracking number will be provided by the email.
What is your office hour for phone order?
We are located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Please noted that our time zone is Eastern Standard Time. Our office hours is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM – 5:00PM. There will be time difference with some customers’ location.

What if customer provide wrong shipping address? If customer provides a wrong shipping that causes the shipment to return to us, return shipping fee will be charged (depends on how much the courier company charges us return shipping fee). Extra shipping cost will apply if the customer wants us to ship the order to correct the shipping address again.
Delivery time for shipment is estimated only and it’s not guaranteed. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the courier company service.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
My Beauty Sources offers free shipping on Ontario for orders $300 and over (Under 15 lbs) before HST.
Can I ship internationally?
Some overseas countries only. Please contact us to check firstname.lastname@example.org
Order only shipped by courier such as DHL, UPS or FedEX are available for international order. We will NOT be responsible for any extra cost due to custom clearance in overseas countries. Customers have to handle their own custom clearance in their own country.

What is the delivery time for the order?
For Canadian Order, Delivery time 2-9 business day depends on the provinces and shipping service.
For US Order, Delivery time 4-7 business days depends on the shipping address.

You will be asked for your login email address to retrieve your password by email.

How can I find the status of my order?
You can find the status of a particular order and view your order history for the order status.
Does My Beauty Sources offer any discount to online customers?
We offer Case Price and Quantity discount online and Periodic Promotions by newsletter every 3 months.

How do I know when an item will be restocked online or stocked in stores?

How does My Beauty Sources calculate shipping cost?
Shipping charges will depend on the size and weight of the package being shipped.
What may cause my order to be delayed?
If your shipping name/address is different from your billing name/address, please verify the correct shipping address to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When your shipping address is not recognized by the shipping vendors, we will contact you by email to verify your mailing address or we will use another shipping vendor if they recognize your shipping address. If the new shipping option cost more than the original shipping option previously purchased, My Beauty Sources will charge you the addition cost of the shipping.
Please make sure to enter in your full shipping address with postal code during your checkout process. We are not responsible for any shipped out with wrong shipping address. For any orders that are returns to us, the buyer will need to pay for the shipping cost for any redelivery.
What do I do if my shipment comes damaged?
You must contact us immediately. There is a 48 hour grace period, once you have received the damaged item. There is no exception to this rule. Each order delivery has a tracking number with detail information of the date and time of the shipment.
Please do not contact us after 49 hours, or after a few days, or after a week, or after a month when you have received the damaged delivery. Your replacement request will be denied. During your order checkout, you have acknowledged our Terms and Conditions and our Shipping policy. If a product is damaged during shipping, again you have 48 hours to contact us. We will replace the damaged product at no charge and we will ship the replacement product to you for free. Please send us a picture and an e-mail describing the damage to returns at email@example.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on what to do with damaged package. Please save all the packaging and contents.
What is My Beauty Sources return or exchange policy?
We will gladly exchange or credit returns, but no cash refund. Please send the items back to us in original packaging and make sure all merchandises are in the original condition and packaging. All items are final sales after 30 days.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return products.
You just have to pay for the return shipping cost to us. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, return or exchange items, and return tracking information.
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff, we will process the exchange of the items. Initial shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

What is the warranty of the Electrical Appliance?
We offer 6 month to 1 year manufacturer’s warranty of all Electrical Appliance such as beauty equipment from the purchase date. Please keep your order receipts for warranty.
