My Beauty Sources is Toronto based online beauty retailer and supplier. The Canadian HST is applied to all goods & services, Varies on different Provinces.
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 1-3 working days, provided that the items are in stock and payments are accepted. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays (we observe statutory holidays in Canada).
Order Pick up
Please allow 1 business day for preparing the online order to be picked up. (will inform customer for ready to pick up by email) Pick up at our office address: Unit 1, 3575 14th Ave, Markham, ON L3R 0H6

Please make sure your full shipping address with postal code is entered to avoid shipping delays. Address with P.O. Box will be shipped out by Canada Post only.
We ship products worldwide from Markham, Ontario, Canada. We use postal service, UPS or other courier services to ship our orders.
Canadian Orders – Delivery time 2-9 business day depends on the provinces and shipping service (1-2 working days for order packing)
US Orders – Delivery time 4-7 business days depends on the shipping address (1-2 working days for order packing)
International order- some overseas countries only. Only courier such as DHL, UPS or FedEX are available for international order.
We will NOT be responsible for any extra cost due to custom clearance in overseas countries. Customers have to handle their own custom clearance in their own country.
Standard shipping time is estimate only and it’s not guaranteed. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Free Shipping for Ontario with the order over $300 (Under 15 lbs) before HST. Extra Cost will applied if overweight. Gallon Liquid products will be excluded.
$12.00 Minimum Shipping Charges for GTA Area with order under $300 before Tax
$15.00 Additional Special Handling charges for all Liquid Products including Alcohol, Nail Polish Remover
Wrong Shipping Address provided by Customer: If customer provides a wrong shipping that causes the shipment to return to us. Return shipping fee will be charged (depends on how much the courier company charges us return shipping fee). Extra shipping cost will apply if the customer wants us to ship the order to correct the shipping address again.
Delivery time for shipment is estimated only and it’s not guaranteed. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the courier company service.
Out of Stock
Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith sell to a customer. In that instance we will give credit return or refund your credit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. We will keep you informed by email.
My Beauty Sources will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duty tax / tariff that may incurred outside Canada.
Damage / Errors
A 48 hours grace period for any damage item or errors. There is no exception to this rule. Each order deliver will has a tracking number with detail information of the date & time for shipment deliver. Please contact us with description (or photos will be the best) at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply to you with instructions. Please keep all the packing and contents.
Return / Exchange
For Hygienic reason, no products shall be returned, In case of complaints notice of claim must be given within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Only merchandise authorized for return will be accepted. It is subject to 20% restocking fee on accepted products. Handling charge will be applied if customer request for return shipping label.
We will gladly exchange or Store Credit only, but no cash refund. Please send the items back to us in original packaging and make sure all merchandises are in the original condition and packaging.
Exchange can be obtained within 14 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT all skin care products, in its original purchase condition and packaging.
All Skin Care products can be exchanged for replacement or other merchandise within 48 hours of purchase WITHOUT any opened or used and must be in original packaging.
Any Returns/Exchanges require a Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase. Return Authorizations expire in 30 days.
All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
*Shipping, insurance, additional fees and promotional coupons are not included in the refund amount. Special orders cannot be returned. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
After 30 days, All items are Final Sale!! Store Credits expires 6 months after issue date.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return products.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping cost any returned product to My Beauty Sources. The initial shipping charges are NON-refundable. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. All returned products MUST be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and MUST include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, My Beauty Sources may reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

Once your return is received and inspected by our staff, we will process the exchange of the items.

6 month to 1 year manufacturer’s warranty of all Electrical Appliance such as beauty equipment from the purchase date. Please keep your order receipts for warranty.
